Overview:The Sales Executive drives new business for Gravie's Level-Funded (Comfort) and ICHRA products through broker partnerships and direct employer relationships. This role focuses on executing a disciplined sales process, maintaining strong broker engagement, and achieving sales targets within a defined territory.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet or exceed new business sales goals for assigned territory and product lines.
    Develop and manage relationships with regional brokers and consultants to drive consistent quoting activity.
    Identify and pursue new opportunities with small and mid-sized employer groups.
    Deliver compelling product presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
    Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth quoting, underwriting, and onboarding processes.
    Maintain detailed and accurate pipeline, activity, and forecast data within CRM systems.
    Stay current on market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes affecting level-funded and ICHRA products.

Qualifications:
  • 3-7+ years of sales experience in health insurance, benefits consulting, or stop-loss sales.
    Established relationships with regional brokers and consultants strongly preferred.
    Strong understanding of health plan funding models (fully insured, level-funded, ICHRA).
    Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
    Self-starter with a drive to exceed goals in a high-growth environment.

The base salary range for this position is $80,000 - $100,000 annually plus high variable uncapped commission. Numerous factors including, but not limited to, education, skills, work experience, certifications, etc. will be considered when determining compensation.
