  • Connect with decision-makers and schedule qualified sales appointments

  • Understand prospective clients’ business needs and recommend the right lead or direct mail solutions

  • Present programs confidently and clearly communicate their value

  • Own the sales process from initial outreach through follow-up and close

  • Build and consistently manage a healthy pipeline of prospective clients

  • Develop long-term client relationships that lead to renewals, upsells, and additional opportunities

  • Meet and exceed individual monthly sales and revenue goals

  • Maintain accurate prospect, pipeline, and client activity

  • Collaborate with the team in a fast-moving, results-oriented environment

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous sales experience, with B2B, outbound, inside sales, or business development experience strongly preferred

  • Demonstrated ability to prospect, overcome objections, and close new business

  • Comfortable making 100+ outbound calls per day and creating opportunities from cold outreach

  • Confident and persuasive communicator who can build credibility with business owners

  • Competitive, self-motivated, and energized by measurable goals

  • Strong follow-up skills and the persistence to stay engaged throughout the sales cycle

  • Excellent time management, organization, and pipeline discipline

  • Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment where results matter

  • Coachable mindset and desire to continue developing as a sales professional

Why Join Us?

This is an opportunity to join a growing company where strong performance can create real career momentum. You’ll work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment where initiative is encouraged, results are recognized, and successful team members have opportunities to grow.

We offer:

  • $50,000 annual salary

  • Bonus opportunities tied to performance

  • Monday–Friday schedule

  • Paid Time Off (PTO)

  • Hands-on training and ongoing sales development

  • Career advancement opportunities as the company grows

  • Supportive, energetic team environment

  • The opportunity to directly influence your success and earning potential
