Who We're Looking For - The Dream Maker

As a Business Development Executive at Chargeflow, you'll be responsible for generating high-quality sales opportunities through strategic prospecting and relationship building. You'll target with enterprise-level prospects, bringing in the largest deals for the company. This role requires creativity, persistence, and excellent communication.

Your Arena:

  • Generate high-quality sales opportunities targeting enterprise accounts
  • Develop and execute strategic prospecting plans through research, outreach, and building a strong professional network
  • Implement multi-channel outreach strategies, testing different outbound methodologies
  • Track results, optimize approaches, and innovate new prospecting techniques
  • Build relationships with key representatives at target companies through various channels
  • Represent Chargeflow at industry events and host networking functions across the US
  • Collaborate with our marketing team on demand generation initiatives
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of leads for successful closing

Requirements:

What It Takes:

  • Minimum of 1 year of business development experience within B2B tech companies
  • Willingness to travel for events and client meetings - Must
  • Experience in prospecting and cold outreach with a proven, consistent track record of exceeding goals
  • Self-motivation and KPI driven attitude
  • Team-centric mindset and ability to work well in a collaborative environment
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales intelligence tools

Compensation

The OTE salary range for this position is ~$85,000-$100,000. This is an incentive-based role, with a significant portion of compensation tied to performance against objectives.
