BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE

  • Compensation: $80,000 - $100,000 base salary + Commission

About the Role

The Business Development Executive is a frontline strategic professional responsible for further promoting our established global brand. Your primary focus will be identifying new business opportunities, generating high-quality leads, and building strategic, long-term relationships with prospective clients and partners. Supported by our strong competitive edge—including deep marketing expertise and vertically integrated manufacturing—you will drive sustainable growth.


Work Environment: This role is based full-time on-site at our corporate office in Budd Lake, NJ. Being on-site is vital to your success, as this role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to leverage diverse skills, tackle complex projects, and continuously drive innovation.


Key Responsibilities

This day-to-day role blends proactive sales, account support, and relationship building:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and research prospective clients through digital and marketing outreach, as well as networking at industry trade shows and conferences. Cultivate a robust pipeline through steady, proactive outreach.
  • Client Acquisition: Educate decision-makers on our brand virtues and comprehensive product lines, effectively nurturing them down the sales pipeline.
  • Relationship Management: Build trust with new leads and maintain strong, long-term strategic partnerships with existing clients.
  • Market Research: Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences to identify areas for business expansion.
  • Negotiation & Deal Closing: Draft compelling business proposals, negotiate contract terms, and successfully close agreements to meet revenue targets.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work alongside internal marketing and operational teams to develop sales collateral, align strategies with company goals, and deliver world-class account management that exceeds customer expectations.


Required Professional Competencies
