BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE

Commercial Property Services


Location: Port Coquitlam, BC

Base Salary: $85,000–$105,000

Target Earnings: $140,000–$180,000+

Uncapped Commission


Invictus Northwest Group is seeking a high-performing Business Development Executive to drive commercial growth across our asphalt maintenance, winter services and hydrovac divisions.


This is an opportunity to represent an established Pacific Northwest company that provides essential, year-round services to commercial properties and multi-site portfolios.


Your Mandate


* Win major commercial and multi-property accounts

* Build relationships with property owners, executives, developers, and senior property and facility managers

* Develop year-round service agreements across asphalt, winter management, and hydrovac

* Lead opportunities from initial contact through proposal, negotiation, and close

* Expand existing accounts across multiple Invictus service divisions

* Build a high-value, recurring book of business

* Deliver profitable and sustainable revenue growth

* A proven record of winning commercial contracts

* Strong executive-level communication and relationship-building skills

* Experience in construction, property services, facility management, or a related industry

* Confidence presenting, negotiating, and closing with senior decision-makers
