We are looking for an experienced Business Development professional based in the USA to acquire new clients and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate must have strong existing client relationships and a ready client database in the US Healthcare and service-oriented outsourcing domain. This role is focused on new client acquisition, not account management.

 Responsibilities

  • Bring new clients from existing contacts and client database
  • Own end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, discovery, proposal, negotiation and closure
  • Acquire clients in the following service lines:
    • US Healthcare RCM (Revenue Cycle Management)
    • Scheduling Appointments/Patient Experience
    • Personal Injury (Legal Support Services)
    • Other process-driven / service-oriented outsourcing operations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers (CXOs, VPs, Country Heads, Directors)
  • Represent the company in client meetings, virtual presentations, and negotiations
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
  • Coordinate with delivery and operations teams for smooth onboarding
  • Provide market intelligence and competitor insights

Requirements

  • Must have an active client database and proven contacts in the US market
  • Demonstrated success in closing US clients independently
  • Experience selling Healthcare RCM or similar BPO / KPO services
  • Strong understanding of US healthcare workflows and compliance
  • Ability to generate business without heavy marketing dependency
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience selling offshore / India-based delivery models
  • Existing relationships with: Healthcare providers, Medical billing companies, Law firms (Personal Injury) & Hospitals, clinics, MSOs
  • Familiarity with HIPAA-compliant processes
