  • Psychiatrists and PMHNPs
  • Residential, PHP, detox, and step-down programs
  • Hospitals and discharge planners
  • Schools and school counselors
  • Employee Assistance Programs
  • Payors and community agencies
  • Conduct ongoing competitive analysis to identify market gaps and positioning opportunities
  • Deliver presentations and education on Virtual IOP programming, admission criteria, and clinical value
  • Generate consistent outreach activity across in-person, virtual, phone, and email channels
  • Monitor industry changes, payer requirements, and Arizona-specific market shifts including state and commercial payors
  • Collaborate with Admissions, Clinical, and Marketing to ensure seamless referral-to-admission transitions
  • Provide leadership with regular pipeline reporting, referral metrics, and territory performance data
  • Accurately track all activity within CRM systems

Qualifications

  • Arizona resident with ability to travel within assigned territory
  • Minimum 2+ years of behavioral health business development experience
  • Direct experience with Virtual IOP (Adult and/or Adolescent) strongly preferred
