About FASTSIGNS of San Antonio
FASTSIGNS is the leading visual communications franchise in North America, helping businesses of all sizes communicate their brand through signage, graphics, and display solutions. Our Downtown San Antonio location serves a wide range of clients — from local businesses and nonprofits to large commercial accounts — and we're growing.
The Role
This is a hunter position. If you need a manager to keep you motivated or a steady pipeline handed to you, this is not the right fit. If you thrive working independently, building your own book of business, and closing deals, keep reading.
You will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and winning new commercial clients for our sign and visual communications solutions company. You will also work to deepen spend with a subset of existing accounts. New business development is the core of this role, and your success will be measured accordingly.
You will operate out of our Downtown office with significant time in the field. You will not be micromanaged — and you will not succeed here if you need to be.

What You'll Do

  • Prospect and develop new commercial accounts through cold outreach, networking, referrals, and community presence
  • Build and manage a pipeline from initial contact through close
  • Conduct needs assessments and present tailored solutions across our full product line
  • Expand share of wallet with targeted existing accounts
  • Maintain accurate activity and opportunity records in our CRM
  • Collaborate with our production and design team to ensure client expectations are met
  • Represent FASTSIGNS at local business and industry events
What We're Looking For
  • 2+ years of B2B outside sales experience with a demonstrable record of new business generation
  • Self-directed work ethic — you set your schedule, manage your pipeline, and hold yourself accountable
  • Confident, professional communicator with strong consultative selling skills
  • Comfortable with a commission-weighted compensation structure
  • Experience in signage, printing, marketing services, or adjacent industries is a plus, not a requirement
  • Familiarity with the San Antonio business community is an advantage
  • CRM proficiency
Compensation & Benefits
  • Base salary + uncapped commission
  • Mileage reimbursement
  • Health/dental/vision
  • Paid time off
  • Ongoing product and sales training through the FASTSIGNS network
A Note on Culture
We're a small, tight operation. We don't have layers of management and we don't want them. We want someone who treats this book of business like it's their own — because in many ways it will be.
