As a Community Outreach Sales Associate, you will play a key role in connecting people to life-changing care while building a successful, long-term career in a high-impact, relationship-driven role.
What You'll Do
  • Manage and grow a territory of referral partners, including hospitals, providers, and community organizations
  • Build strong, consultative relationships and serve as a trusted resource in behavioral healthcare
  • Drive admissions through ethical, relationship-based outreach
  • Represent a nationally recognized treatment organization within your market
  • Maintain consistent communication and follow-up with referral sources

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, public relations, sales, business, or a related field preferred
