Job description

You do not need to know the industry before you begin. You do need a real process for learning it.

That is the purpose of this Entry-Level Business Development Associate opportunity.

The development path is built around three stages:

LEARN.

Understand the client process, the available health and life benefit options, and the systems used to stay organized.

PRACTICE.

Work on communication, questioning, follow-up, and the ability to explain information simply.

BUILD

Create consistent activity, improve your results, and develop stronger business-development habits.

No degree or previous industry experience is required. The role is on-site, and development is supported through coaching, observation, and repetition.

The opportunity may fit someone who has outgrown retail, hospitality, customer service, recruiting, fitness, or another people-focused position and wants a more professional growth path.

This is a contractor position. Compensation is earned through commissions rather than a guaranteed wage, and first-year income potential generally ranges from $85,000 to $130,000 depending on individual performance.

The Dorne Region is a national organization with offices in several major markets. The team is interviewing applicants who are ready to learn, take feedback, and build momentum.
