Sales Associate – Career Growth Opportunity

Sunset Intimates is seeking dependable, sales-driven individuals who are comfortable working in a fast-paced specialty retail environment and are interested in building their skills through performance, accountability, and hands-on experience.

This position begins as a Sales Associate and includes the opportunity to participate in a 30–60-day performance-based career growth prove-in for individuals who demonstrate leadership potential. Career growth is earned through demonstrated results and successful validation; it is not automatic or guaranteed based on time in the position.

What You’ll Do

As a Sales Associate, you will be expected to:

Provide professional, comfortable, and judgment-free customer service.

Approach customers confidently and identify their needs through effective discovery questions.

Recommend appropriate products and explain product features and benefits.

Use suggestive selling, attachment selling, and other sales techniques to help customers complete their purchase.

Support store sales goals and key performance expectations.

Maintain product knowledge and continue developing your sales skills.

Keep the sales floor clean, organized, stocked, and customer-ready.

Follow company policies, operational procedures, and management direction.

Report reliably for scheduled shifts and arrive on time.

Consistently work nights, weekends, and other shifts required by the business.

30–60-Day Career Growth Prove-In

Team members who demonstrate strong performance and leadership potential may be considered for a structured 30–60-day career growth prove-in.

During this period, performance may be evaluated in areas including:

Reliability, attendance, and schedule dependability

Product knowledge and learning agility
