Associate Director of Sales Requirements & Qualifications
  • At least 4 years of progressive hotel sales experience in Business Travel; alternatives include a 4-year college degree plus 1 year of related experience, or a 2-year degree plus 2 years of related experience
  • Valid driver's license in applicable state
  • Prior experience in business travel and large group sales
  • Thorough knowledge of professional selling skills and sales/marketing best practices
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems; experience with Hilton-specific software a plus
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work independently

  • Serve as acting leader in the absence of senior management as needed
