Husqvarna Construction in Olathe, KS is actively seeking an experienced ERP Implementation Manager to lead a multi-year high-visibility, enterprise-wide transformation already in motion. If you've successfully led ERP deployments (especially SAP S/4HANA) and know how to drive alignment across complex organizations, we want to talk to you.

What You'll Own
  • Lead end-to-end ERP deployment from design handover through go-live and stabilization
  • Drive execution across testing, data readiness, training, and cutover
  • Act as the primary liaison between executive stakeholders, program teams, and integration partners
  • Lead and develop a team of Business Analysts across multiple workstreams
  • Identify and mitigate risks early to protect timelines and business continuity
  • Champion change management and user adoption across the organization
  • Ensure alignment with global milestones, KPIs, and standardized processes

What We Need (Non-Negotiables)
  • Proven success leading ERP implementations in complex, global environments
  • Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA
  • Ability to communicate clearly and influence at all levels
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams, dependencies, and competing priorities
  • Experience leading teams and holding others accountable to deliver

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 8+ years leading ERP deployments or large-scale transformation initiatives
  • Previous people leadership experience required

Work Environment
  • Hybrid role based in Olathe, KS (4 days onsite expected)
  • Up to 25% travel (primarily domestic, occasional international)
  • Fast-paced environment with firm deadlines and high visibility
