The Sr Director, Enterprise Business Continuity is responsible for safeguarding T-Mobile's operational stability by leading the enterprise-wide business continuity strategy. This role oversees preparedness planning, incident response governance, and resilience frameworks to ensure rapid recovery from disruptions impacting customers, operations, and revenue streams. By partnering with Technology, Cybersecurity, Network, Operations, Legal, Communications, and Executive Leadership, this leader ensures coordinated response and clear decision protocols during high-risk events. The Sr Director proactively drives risk identification, scenario planning, and resilience investments to mitigate threats before they affect the business. Through these efforts, the role strengthens operational preparedness, reduces risk, and reinforces customer and investor confidence in T-Mobile's ability to withstand and recover from disruptions.
Un-carrier® Responsibilities
  • Lead enterprise-wide business continuity strategy to safeguard operational stability and ensure rapid recovery from disruptions impacting customers, operations, and revenue streams.
  • Oversee preparedness planning and incident response governance to establish coordinated response and clear decision protocols during high-risk events.
  • Partner with Technology, Cybersecurity, Network, Operations, Legal, Communications, and Executive Leadership to drive alignment on resilience frameworks and incident response.
  • Drive risk identification, scenario planning, and resilience investments to mitigate threats before they affect the business.
  • Develop and implement business continuity exercises, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen operational preparedness.
  • Communicate business continuity strategies and updates to stakeholders to reinforce customer and investor confidence.
  • Maintain metrics for business continuity programs and present periodic updates to leadership.
  • Participate in additional duties and strategic projects as assigned.

The Experience You'll Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field required.
  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, or a related field preferred.
  • 10+ years leading enterprise-wide Business Continuity Management programs, including risk identification, scenario planning, and resilience investments.
  • 4-7 years managing crisis management and emergency response plan development at a corporate level in the private sector.
  • 4-7 years collaborating with cross-functional teams including Technology, Cybersecurity, Network, Operations, Legal, Communications, and Executive Leadership.

Base Pay Range: $208,300 - $281,800
Corporate Bonus Target: 35%
The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as qualifications and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year.
