The Incident Response Coordinator will be responsible for leading the coordinated resolution of all incidents to include but not limited to third-party service outages, facility, and technology issues. This position will partner with key stakeholders (HR, facilities, Physical Security, Network, Production Support, etc.). The incumbent will drive and deliver Business Continuity and Incident Management commitment, support, ownership, accountability, and results. In addition, the Business Continuity Incident Coordinator will also support in disaster recovery of the company's critical business functions, where required.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for managing enterprise-wide response coordination for disruptive events to include coordinating and conducting any incidents that require situational awareness calls.
  • Coordinate and conduct pre-mortem and post-mortem meetings including creating and maintaining Executive Incident Summary Reports.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to include Human Resources, Information Technology, Facilities and Security multiple incident management groups.
  • Tracking, maintaining and follow up of lessons learned and action items in current dashboards to include documenting impacts, resolution activities, timelines, and root cause information.
  • Collect metrics and produce analysis including monthly reports for incidents.
  • Maintain, create, and update Emergency Action Plans.
  • Maintain and update emergency communications lists in notification tool.
  • Activation of our Emergency Notification tool to Associates.
  • Manage vendor relationships.
  • Any Ad Hoc Continuity tasks that may arise.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical discipline and/or related Business Continuity / Disaster Recovery / Risk Certifications preferred. ABCP or CBCP preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of Business Continuity, Incident Response and/or Disaster Recovery experience. Relevant experience to include the ability to remain calm under pressure, act decisively with a sense of urgency and effectively navigate under rapidly changing / ambiguous environment.
  • Demonstrated experience with Business Continuity Tools. Experience with Alert Media is preferred.
  • Ability to travel as needed within the WSFS Bank footprint in the Greater Philadelphia area .
  • Availability to be on call on a 24x7 basis.
  • Expertise in planning, organizing, and directing the testing of emergency response, recovery, and business resumption procedures.
  • Experience in the development of Business Continuity Plans including emergency response, and crisis management plans.
  • Experience managing relationships with vendors.
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills.
  • Ability to present and interact with various levels of management including the Senior Management team.
  • Willingness to seek out and facilitate areas of constant improvement.
  • Excellent organizational, multitask, ability to streamline processes and project management skills a plus.
  • Ability to be flexible and enthusiastic when providing service including being able to adjust quickly to shifting priorities.
  • Excellent proficiency with Microsoft suite to include Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
  • Knowledge of Banking regulatory requirements to include FFIEC, NIST and ISO 22301 is a plus.

Salary Range:

$53,744.00 - $88,290.50

Individual base pay may vary on additional factors such as the candidate's experience, job-related skills, relevant education, geographic location, and other specific business and organizational needs.
