Job Description
1. Provide application and technical support to Line of Business and/or JDE users.
2. Assist in implementations of corporate point of sale software including: HCSS, Command Alkon, and JWS.
3. Assist in implementations of various "point solution" software packages such as Fuel Master and other systems selected to support the KRC operating companies.
4. Assist in implementations of JDE system enhancements or process changes.
5. Assist with maintenance of aforementioned software with proper patches, version upgrades and modules following corporate policies and procedures.
6. Assist with testing; to ensure all modifications and or corrective software has been fully tested and documented following corporate policies and procedures.
7. Produce and maintain documentation on all systems.
8. Participates in efforts to collect, analyze and continually improve processes.
9. Travel to subsidiary companies for application implementations and support will be required.
10. Available to assist with scheduled on-call support and technical emergencies as required.
11. Monitors and keeps abreast of new technologies.
12. Perform other duties as assigned.

Position requires knowledge of business systems and processes at a level normally acquired through the completion of a Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, management information systems or related field.
Excellent communication and team building skills is vital to this position. Some travel required.
