Job description

Responsible for coordinating and reporting on multiple divisional/departmental projects within the organization. Serves as a resource to advise teams and effectively guide project teams in the development of new programs, tools, systems and/or any processes to optimize business strategies and organizational goals. Bases decisions on facts and data to measure and evaluate/meet project requirements and expectations.

Leads multiple divisional /departmental projects/programs to ensure all components including computer systems, policies, processes, performance standards, and training are identified, assigned, and completed across department/ division lines. Prepares and presents reports and briefings to committees, management, and division heads as directed. Organizes, directs, and controls project/program design, development and testing. Delivers and communicates project task assignments, priorities, schedules to all team members. Performs the collection, analysis, and reporting of project performance indicators. Participates on various committees and task forces to ensure consideration of project needs and provides documentation to support those needs. Analyzes any problems/issues/concerns involving all aspects of the project and takes necessary actions to resolve.
Performs other duties as assigned.


Bachelor's degree/equivalent in Business, Computer Science, Accounting/Finance, MIS or directly related discipline. 5-6 years exempt experience in project/program management, product development, systems design/development or business/financial planning and analysis. Experience in the use of project management/planning software. Experience in planning major projects including development of project proposals, business cases, schedules and financial justification. Demonstrated analytical, organizational, and planning skills. Knowledge and application of QDM practices/principles. Competencies in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint preferred along with Sharepoint. Knowledge of standard program and financial management techniques. Strong human relations, leadership and communication skills.
