Office Pride of North Alabama is growing and looking for a motivated Outside Sales Associate to help expand our commercial cleaning business throughout our territory.
If you enjoy meeting people, building relationships, and helping businesses solve problems, we'd love to talk with you.
Responsibilities
  • Prospect for new commercial cleaning opportunities
  • Build relationships with business owners and facility managers
  • Conduct facility walk-throughs
  • Prepare and present proposals
  • Close new recurring service agreements
  • Maintain an active sales pipeline using our CRM
  • Work closely with our operations team to ensure successful customer onboarding

Qualifications
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable with cold calling, networking, and in-person prospecting
  • Organized with strong follow-up skills
  • Professional appearance and attitude
  • Minimum of 3 years of successful B2B outside sales experience preferred
  • Commercial services or facility services sales experience is a plus
  • This is not an entry-level sales position. Only candidates with demonstrated success in outside B2B sales will be considered.
