About Us

Living Invigorating Valuable Experiences (LIVE, LLC) is a Woman-Owned, 8(a) certified professional services government contracting company providing a broad spectrum of services and solutions to U.S. government agencies and organizations, based out of Atlanta, GA.

About the Position

Please note this role is for a proposal and is subject to a contract award.

LIVE is seeking a qualified professional to support the Air Force Criminal Justice Information Center (AFCJIC) under the Department of the Air Force Office of Special Investigations (OSI). AFCJIC serves as DAF's central entity for requesting, receiving, auditing, correcting, integrating, and reporting criminal history records. This is a non-personal services position performed on-site at the Russell-Knox Building, Quantico, VA. Core duty hours are 0800-1600, Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. This role develops and sustains automated workflows within the Appian-based Criminal Justice Information Management (CJIM) environment.

Responsibilities

Translate wireframes and UI/UX designs into functional Appian application components.

Develop, maintain, and enhance code for the automated expungement portal and workflows within the Appian CJIM environment.

Integrate third-party APIs and provide sustainment for all Appian-based workflows.

Implement security best practices identified by AFOSI.

Conduct unit testing and collaborate with the OSI Quality Assurance team to resolve defects.

Participate in an Agile development environment.

Collect, analyze, and present data for recurring and ad hoc analytical reports.

Prepare analytical responses for Congressional inquiries, FOIA requests, and other data calls.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years' experience as an application developer.

In-depth knowledge of the Appian Platform is required.

Experience integrating APIs and working in an Agile development environment.

U.S. Citizenship required.

Security & Clearance Requirements

Clearance: Active Secret required.

Must successfully pass a law enforcement records check.

Must possess sufficient knowledge and experience in law enforcement, legal, or compliance fields to ensure accurate interpretation of criteria and proper handling of information.

Must handle Privacy Act Information (PAI), Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), and Law Enforcement Sensitive (LES) information in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations (DoDI 5200.48, Privacy Act of 1974).

Preferred Qualifications

Appian Developer certification preferred.

Experience developing applications in a federal or DoD environment.
