Project Overview:
This project establishes a centralized, AI-powered Commercial Intelligence Platform to accelerate collaboration and enable data-driven decision-making for sales teams. By integrating molecule intelligence, commercial data, and opportunity insights into an intuitive interface, the platform empowers sales agents to identify collaboration partners, uncover share gain opportunities, and engage clients with actionable insights.
Building on the success of the Commercial Connections Dashboard, the initiative will scale adoption through an embedded AI experience, improving collaboration speed, win rates, and deal size while aligning with future strategic direction.
Role Scope / Deliverables
Scope of Role
Act as the bridge between business stakeholders, data teams, and system SMEs, ensuring commercial, CRM, and opportunity data are effectively leveraged to meet business objectives.
Lead the definition and documentation of business data requirements, translating sales, marketing, and commercial needs into clear specifications for analytics and AI enablement.
Collaborate with IT, analytics, and AI teams to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and usability across integrated platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Power BI, Enterprise ChatGPT).
