Job Summary:
Acclaim Technical Services is a leading cyber operations and intelligence solutions company supporting U.S. Federal agencies. They are seeking a Business Analytics Professional with TS/SCI clearance and polygraph to work with SQL and Tableau on large datasets, collaborating with government staff and contractors to derive insights and visualize data for business problem understanding.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Participate in consulting-related projects within a professional services environment that utilizes creative thinking skills and individual initiative;
โ€ข Analyze large and complex data sets, conducting quantitative and qualitative analyses;
โ€ข Collaborate and contribute as a team member: understand personal and team roles, contribute to a positive working environment by building solid relationships with team members, and proactively seek guidance, clarification and feedback;
โ€ข Identify and address client needs, build relationships with clients, develop requests for information, demonstrate flexibility in prioritizing and completing tasks, and communicate potential conflicts to a supervisor; and
โ€ข Prioritize and handle multiple tasks, researching and analyzing pertinent client, industry and technical matters, utilizing problem-solving skills, and communicating effectively in written and verbal formats to various audiences (including various levels of management and external clients) in a professional business environment.
Qualifications:
Required:
โ€ข Must possess an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
โ€ข Minimum Years of Experience: 2
โ€ข Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor's degree in Economics, Statistics, Operations Research, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or similar quantitative discipline
โ€ข 1 to 3 years of experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau and/or Plotly
โ€ข Understanding of SQL
โ€ข Working knowledge of data format conversion
โ€ข Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
โ€ข Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
โ€ข Strong problem solving skills
Preferred:
โ€ข Demonstrates significant experience working with data and leveraging analytical techniques, applying advanced statistical and analytics techniques (regression, simulation, etc.)
