Job Summary

We are seeking a Sales Operations & Business Analytics Specialist to improve CRM operations, pipeline visibility, forecasting, and business reporting. The role focuses on turning sales data into actionable insights and scalable processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and optimize CRM operations, data quality, workflows, and reporting.
  • Monitor sales pipelines and support forecasting.
  • Build dashboards and analyze sales performance, conversion, and quota attainment.
  • Develop forecasting models using historical and predictive data.
  • Support sales tools, processes, and CRM improvements.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Conduct ad hoc analysis for KPIs, incentives, lead generation, and business operations.
Requirements
  • 2–4+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Analytics, or related roles.
  • Experience with CRM platforms; HubSpot preferred.
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills.
  • Experience with SQL and/or BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
  • Knowledge of forecasting, data modeling, and sales analytics.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred
  • Advanced HubSpot proficiency/certification.
