We’re currently seeking a Sr. Manager, Business Analytics to join our Headquarters team!

The Senior Manager, Business Analytics is a critical leader of the Financial Planning & Analysis team, responsible for guiding the team that transforms complex data into actionable insights that advance profitability, operational efficiency, and enterprise decision making. This role partners with senior leaders to elevate data-driven business strategy and support achievement of financial objectives.

What You Will Do:

Revenue & Operational Analytics: 

  • Lead subscription member reporting and analytics to drive strategies that maximize revenue, margin, and customer lifetime value.
  • Develop predictive models that identify retention drivers and high-value opportunities across the member lifecycle.
  • Analyze labor and operating expenses to identify efficiency opportunities and drive cost-optimization initiatives across the business.

Data Management & Business Intelligence:

  • Oversee the development, governance, and enhancement of dashboards and analytics tools that empower field and headquarters leaders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of enterprise data.
  • Drive adoption of BI platforms to automate reporting, streamline insights delivery, and enable advanced analytics capabilities.

Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Lead development of financial models, forecasts, and profitability analyses to inform strategic decisions.
  • Manage, mentor, and develop a team of analysts, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous learning.
  • Present concise, actionable insights to senior leadership to influence decision-making.
  • Build effective cross-functional partnerships across Finance, Operations, IT, and other key stakeholders.

How You Will Shine:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • 10+ years of analytical experience, including leadership of high-performing teams.
  • Proficiency with BI tools and advanced Excel capabilities.
  • Strong quantitative, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience in subscription-based, multi-unit, or service-oriented operating environments preferred.
  • Professional certification such as CPA or CFA preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex analyses into compelling narratives for senior audiences.
