As a Business Analyst Intern, you'll work with cross functional teams to support analysis, requirements gathering, research, documentation, and solution design activities. You'll gain exposure to modern analysis techniques and AI enabled workflows while building strong foundations in communication, problem solving, professionalism, and responsible use of emerging technologies.

How You'll Make an Impact
• Develop an understanding of CGI's industry focus, clients, organizational structure, and business objectives.
• Build trusted relationships by asking thoughtful questions, actively listening, and clearly communicating ideas.
• Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to translate business questions and needs into organized, actionable inputs.
• Assist in analyzing business processes, user needs, and data to identify insights, pain points, and opportunities for improvement.
• Support the creation of documentation, including requirements, workflows, meeting notes, user stories, research summaries, and other project materials.
• Use modern and AI-enabled workplace tools to organize information, summarize findings, draft documentation, identify patterns, and streamline analysis tasks.
• Apply responsible AI practices with appropriate human oversight to ensure attention to privacy, accuracy, quality, and transparency when using AI-enabled tools.
• Participate in meetings, workshops, testing activities, and solution discussions to support project delivery and client outcomes.
What You'll Bring
• Current enrollment as a third-year student in a bachelor's degree program in Business, Information Systems, Economics, Analytics, or a related field.
• Authorization to work in the United States on a permanent basis without current or future employer sponsorship. Certain positions may also require U.S. Citizenship and/or the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance based on client or government requirements.
• Curiosity, professionalism, and a strong desire to learn about consulting, business analysis, and technology-enabled problem-solving.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with comfort navigating ambiguity and complex information.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify and explain complex ideas.
