Job Summary:
OLH Inc. is a woman-owned firm specializing in Project, Program, and Construction Management services. They are seeking a highly experienced SQL Developer to design, develop, and optimize complex database solutions, collaborating across teams to deliver scalable data solutions.
Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and maintain complex SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and views.
• Optimize existing queries and database structures for improved performance and scalability.
• Collaborate with analysts, developers, and business stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Perform data modeling, schema design, and documentation for new and existing projects.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with organizational standards.
• Troubleshoot database-related issues, including performance bottlenecks and query optimization.
• Support ETL processes and contribute to data integration initiatives.
• Stay current with emerging database technologies and industry best practices.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum eight (8) years of professional experience as a SQL Developer or Database Developer.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL.
• Strong background in relational database management systems.
• Proven expertise in query optimization and database performance tuning.
