Inclusive Excellence Statement Advertised Job Summary The Institutional Data Analyst is an entry-level professional responsible for supporting university reporting, analytics, and data-informed decision-making. This role focuses on extracting, managing, and analyzing institutional data from internal and external sources to support reporting, dashboards, and strategic initiatives.

The analyst collaborates with campus stakeholders to gather requirements, develop reports and data visualizations, and contribute to analytical projects related to key institutional priorities such as enrollment and student success. Additionally, the role supports data governance efforts by promoting data quality, consistency, and best practices. This position is ideal for individuals with foundational experience in data analysis, statistics, or related fields who are seeking to build expertise in higher education analytics.
