Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Techno-Functional Business Analyst with Loan IQ expertise to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions within the financial services domain. This role focuses heavily on data modeling, data migration, and system integration, ensuring successful delivery of Loan IQ-based solutions aligned with regulatory and operational requirements.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, stakeholder communication, and hands-on experience with Loan IQ data models, SQL, and modern data platforms.


Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Analysis & Stakeholder Management
  • Collaborate with business users to gather, analyze, and document requirements
  • Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications
  • Proactively identify opportunities and propose solutions
  • Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and provide regular status updates

Solution Delivery & Coordination
  • Work closely with project teams to design, build, and test solutions
  • Track and manage issues from initiation through production deployment
  • Support multiple teams and manage competing priorities effectively

Data Management & Technical Analysis
  • Manage and prioritize complex data requirements
  • Develop strong understanding of Loan IQ data model
  • Write and execute complex SQL queries for data analysis
  • Perform data profiling, schema mapping, and validation

Data Migration & Integration
  • Support migration efforts from ACBS to Loan IQ
  • Define data mapping, transformation rules, and migration strategies
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of migrated data
  • Work on data modeling, integration, and application-level design

Quality Assurance & Governance
  • Ensure quality control and validation of Loan IQ implementations
  • Support regulatory reporting and compliance requirements
  • Contribute to data governance and best practices

Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in financial services
  • Strong knowledge of Loan IQ platform and data model
  • Experience with data migration and banking system implementations
  • Proficiency in:
    • SQL scripting and data analysis
    • Python (preferred)
    • Schema mapping and data modeling
  • Experience with Snowflake, Databricks, or similar data platforms
  • Familiarity with Agile methodology and JIRA
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio)
  • Experience in application support and regulatory reporting
