Job Description The Lead Application Analyst will report to the Workforce Development Division in Columbia. This individual will serve as a subject matter expert and team lead, overseeing the coordination, performance, and development of business analysts supporting workforce programs. The role includes analysis, systems support (SCWOS), staff mentorship, reporting, and serving as a liaison between the team and senior management.
The Lead Application Analyst will: Provide daily guidance and coordination to workforce analysts. Facilitate meetings to review performance, resolve issues, and align goals. Track team workloads and project progress.
Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to workforce programs and Service Desk operations. Use data to identify trends and recommend improvements. Serve as lead subject matter expert for SCWOS functionality and Service Desk operations.
Provide advanced technical support and guidance to internal and external users. Stay updated on system enhancements and ensure team awareness. Provide analysis and support for workforce programs.

Minimum and Additional Requirements Education and Experience Bachelor's Degree or at least three years of related work experience in the support of a System or application. Additional Requirements Must have at least one (1) year experience training individuals with computer systems. Knowledge of capabilities and intricacies of information systems.
Ability to direct and teach small to large groups of people by communicating in a clear and concise manner. Ability to work effectively with system users, vendor, and personnel across departments and partner agencies. Ability to assist with identifying and resolving workforce information problems.
Ability to maintain a technical workload and prioritize requests. Must have experience with SQL. Preferred Qualifications Experience using R and HTML.
