Job Title: Senior Marketing Analytics Strategist
Role Overview
We are seeking a strategic Senior Marketing Analytics Strategist to serve as the analytical backbone of our growth initiatives. You will move beyond simple reporting to deliver actionable customer and campaign insights that directly influence how we invest our marketing budget.
This is a high-autonomy role for a candidate who is comfortable acting as a consultant to the marketing organization. You will partner with cross-functional teams to design measurement frameworks, validate the incrementality of our spend, and turn complex behavioral data into a clear roadmap for audience targeting and conversion optimization.
Key Responsibilities
Performance & Growth Strategy
• Investment Optimization: Analyze performance across the full omnichannel spectrum (digital/offline) to identify trends, optimize spend, and maximize Return on Investment (ROI).
• Attribution & Measurement: Manage and refine our measurement frameworks, specifically focusing on attribution models and incrementality testing to prove the true "lift" of our campaigns.
• Conversion Engineering: Support the marketing organization in improving acquisition efficiency and customer engagement through rigorous funnel analysis.
Customer & Audience Intelligence
• Behavioral Analysis: Deep-dive into customer behavior, audience segmentation, and lifecycle trends. Help define high-value segments and develop insights that drive retention and loyalty programs.
• Experimentation: Design and lead A/B tests and multivariate experiments. Ensure every test is statistically sound, representative, and leads to clear, actionable "keep or kill" recommendations.
Technical Leadership & Visualization
• Data Engineering: Query, validate, and analyze large datasets using SQL and cloud-based environments (BigQuery). Ensure data accuracy across all tracking and reporting systems.
• Strategic Storytelling: Develop scalable reporting and visualization tools (Looker Studio/Power BI) that distill complex data into intuitive dashboards for leadership. Communicate findings to both technical data teams and non-technical business stakeholders.
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, or Computer Science.
• Experience Baseline: Minimum of four (4) years of experience in marketing, digital, or growth analytics.
• Technical Mastery:
oAdvanced SQL: Ability to join, clean, and analyze complex datasets in cloud environments.
oVisualization: Proficient in Looker Studio, Power BI, or similar tools.
oDigital Tooling: Strong knowledge of Google Analytics and digital tracking/implementation concepts.
• Strategic Ability: Proven track record of using forecasting or predictive analytics to guide investment decisions.
Preferred Attributes
• Experience with statistical software (R, Python, or Databricks).
• Familiarity with APIs, marketing automation workflows, or advanced AI-driven analytics tools.
