Job Title: Senior Business Analyst
Location:- Indianapolis, IN(Hybrid)
Job Type: Contract W2
 
• Work through complex issues that include creating test scenarios, test cases, and test scripts mapped to workflow and system design requirements.
• Replicate, isolate, and identify a root cause while providing workarounds and testing, fixes, and patches in a staging or test environment.
• Monitor system issues and provide feedback.
• Research and resolve front-end/user and back-end/system problems by diagnosing the root cause, hypothesizing, and mapping out a possible solution, and testing the solution in the QA environment.
• Resolve issues by engaging appropriate business/policy staff, software developers and/or vendor specialists.
• Assist users in monitoring and analyzing their data via SQL querying and reporting.
• Work closely with end users, project management, application developers, and others to understand features and create a robust, comprehensive test strategy to verify functionality.
