Question 1

Absences greater than two weeks MUST be approved by CAI management in advance, and contact information must be provided to CAI so that the resource can be reached during his or her absence. The Client has the right to dismiss the resource if he or she does not return to work by the agreed upon date. Do you accept this requirement?

There are occasionally times where resource will be needed onsite as needed, however, this is a mostly remote position. Being on site may initially be for training or mentorship, and then later on for working sessions, meetings, etc. The work site is currently 500 N. Meridian St., Indianapolis, IN, but may change to the Indiana Government Center South building located at 302 W Washington St, Indianapolis, IN 46204. Please ensure the resource understands this requirement.
