$85,000.00/Yr. - $92,500.00 /Yr.

Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.

Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Cash Bonus Target: 10%Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Restricted Stock Units Bonus Target: 10%

Axos Bank is seeking a Senior ERP Business Analyst. This role is a high-execution, operations-focused Sr. ERP Business Analyst responsible for managing AOS work intake, tracking, reporting, and governance across Oracle ERP and related systems. The position ensures disciplined execution of daily work management, supports change control, and provides full transparency into system and team performance.Responsibilities:Daily Operations & Work Management:
  • Create, update, and close PBIs and Spikes on a daily basis
  • Convert ServiceNow tickets into actionable work items
  • Track and maintain developer hours and work allocation
  • Maintain accurate and complete work item documentation
Change Management & Governance:
  • Create and manage weekly change requests
  • Ensure all changes follow governance, approval, and audit standards
  • Support Change Advisory / governance forums
Reporting & Dashboard Oversight:
  • Produce and distribute weekly operational reports
  • Monitor and report on:
  • Work item status and aging
  • Developer performance and workload
  • Maintain Oracle dashboards, queries, and reporting accuracy
  • Deliver monthly and stakeholder reporting artifacts
Oracle ERP & Release Support:
  • Support quarterly Oracle release cycles and communications
  • Maintain system documentation such as "What's New" updates
  • Execute system-related recurring activities (e.g., FXLoader resets)
Sprint & Project Support:
  • Update sprint boards and track progress when PM support is not assigned
  • Support ERP project tracking and execution alignment
Documentation & Knowledge Management:
  • Create and maintain SOPs and documentation
  • Manage updates to Oracle SharePoint and internal knowledge bases
  • Ensure documentation reflects current processes and system changes
Administrative & Coordination Activities:
  • Manage team calendars, OOO scheduling, and coordination items
  • Support access management requests for AOS tools and SharePoint
  • Assist with system refresh coordination and environment updates
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Strong experience with Oracle ERP (Fusion preferred)
  • Experience working in ADO (Azure DevOps), ServiceNow, and dashboard-driven environments
  • Proven ability to manage high-volume operational work queues
  • Experience with change management and audit-controlled environments
  • Understanding of accounting/finance system processes
