Job Title: Business Analyst Location: Arlington, TX 75001 Contract Length: 12+ Months On Site Work Job ref# 247326 Under supervision, supports business analysis activities by gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements for enterprise applications. Assists with defining business processes, application flows, functional specifications, business requirement documents (BRDs), testing support, and user documentation. Works with stakeholders and technical teams to deliver business solutions while supporting Agile software development and SDLC processes

Responsibilities Gather, analyze, and document business requirements. Define high-level business processes, application relationships, and workflows. Create business and system use cases and functional specifications.

Assist in preparing Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), including project objectives, milestones, timelines, and costs. Provide business analysis and project management support. Interpret data and provide actionable insights.

Assist in developing functional specifications, process flow diagrams, report layouts, and screen layouts. Support presentation of recommendations and solution designs. Coordinate system integration testing and regression testing activities.

Assist in resolving functional issues during post-production support and cutover. Support development of user guides and end-user training. Work within Agile methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Support large-scale application initiatives. Required Qualifications Experience gathering and documenting business requirements. Experience creating Business Requirements Documents (BRDs).

Business analysis experience. Experience with Agile methodology. Knowledge of SDLC.
