Oncology Sales Representatives willbe responsible fordissemination of clinical information about Lilly Oncology's products and services for patients with cancer to healthcare professionals including medical oncologists, oncology nurses, office managers, reimbursementmanager, and pharmacists.   • Demonstrated business ownership skills, selling/customer experience skills, and execution/results.

  • Account-basedselling experience. Ability toidentifyand engage staff members in accounts.

  • Strong background in navigating within complex integrated health systems.

  • Extensive experience or thorough understanding ofspecialtypharmacy distribution model.

  • Selling injectable/infusion molecules in a complex reimbursement environment.

  • History of working with multiple cross functional partners.

  • Strong Learning agility, self-motivated, team focused, emotionally intelligent and influential.

  • Must live within 30 miles of the territory boundary

Actual compensation will depend on a candidate's education, experience, skills, and geographic location. The anticipated wage for this position is

$102,000 - $204,600

Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance).
