Job Description

Responsibilities:
Analyze business process and practice in an effort to focus the design and implementation of information technology solutions that meet customer needs and business initiative;
Collaborate on an on-going basis with the Programmer / Analysts;
Apply analytical skills within functional area;
Consult frequently with technical and non-technical team members to ensure a complete understanding of their needs and concerns;
Create deliverables such as functional and Technical requirements, use case scenarios and process flows;
Assist in the execution / analysis of performance testing;
Ensure product meets business and technical requirements as well as all company standards;
Create training manuals and facilitate training for the system users;
Communicate effectively with all team members, project sponsors and stakeholders both technical and non-technical.
Requirements:
Experience as a Technical Business Analyst (2+ years);
Experience writing requirements, use cases and process flow;
Experience with development / implementation of Identity Access Management system (2-3 years);
Good organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.

  • Proficient Sharepoint and Excel skills
  • Experience with Infopath is a plus
  • IT experience is a plus.
