Title: Business Analyst
Location: San Antonio, TX (Onsite)
Employment Type: Contract

Compensation:
Pay Range: 39.30-57.80 Per HR

Description:
  • Possess a deep understanding of rating principles and insurance products.
  • Exhibit strong business analysis skills to translate business needs into functional specifications.
  • Demonstrate problem-solving skills with the ability to write pseudo code logic.
  • Apply pricing components and methodologies for existing and new products based on technical analysis.
  • Configure and implement pricing tool configurations for new products and lines of business.
  • Experience working with clients to ensure successful integration.
  • Knowledge of data analytics tools is preferable.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications.
  • Write pseudo code logic for rating rules configurations.
  • Apply pricing methodologies for product pricing.
  • Configure pricing tools for new product lines.
  • Collaborate with clients for successful tool integration.
Qualifications:
  • 8-10 years of experience in business analysis.
  • Strong understanding of insurance domain knowledge, especially in auto lines of business.
