Requirement: Journeyman Business Analyst
Job Description: The candidate will support CISA International in the analysis, coordination, and improvement of business processes that enable the Agency's international engagement mission. This position will analyze program information, workflows, stakeholder data, reporting requirements, and operational processes to help CISA International execute priorities efficiently and effectively. The Business Analyst will develop reports and data visualizations, maintain program and stakeholder information, support international engagements, and provide recommendations for improving processes and information management. The position requires close coordination with CISA leadership, international affairs advisors, interagency partners, and other stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities: Key responsibilities of the candidate will be (but aren't limited to):
  • Analyze CISA International business processes, workflows, and program activities and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop reports, dashboards, data visualizations, and other analytical products to support leadership decision-making.
  • Collect, organize, analyze, and maintain international engagement, stakeholder, and program information across CISA systems and databases.
  • Track engagements, taskings, clearances, action items, deadlines, and other program requirements to support timely execution.
  • Conduct research and analysis of international and domestic policy, economic, security, and programmatic developments.
  • Support development of briefing materials, issue papers, reports, decision memoranda, presentations, readouts, and other executive-level products.
  • Coordinate with CISA components, DHS, other U.S. Government agencies, foreign governments, international organizations, industry, academia, and other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:
  • US Citizen
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Affairs, Political Science, Public Policy, Management, Data Analytics, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
  • Professional experience performing business analysis, program analysis, management analysis, or comparable mission-support functions.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze business processes, workflows, program information, or operational requirements and recommend improvements. Strong research, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
