How does a Business Analyst Manager typically balance project oversight with mentoring their team?

A Business Analyst Manager often splits their time between overseeing key projects—ensuring deliverables meet business requirements and deadlines—and providing guidance to their team of business analysts. This means regularly reviewing team members' work, offering constructive feedback, and facilitating professional development through coaching or training. The better role depends on individual strengths and career goals in project delivery or business process improvement.
