Job description

Our client in Plano, TX is looking for a Business Analyst to join their team!
This is a hybrid/full-time/6-month contract position
Hourly based on experience: Up to $55/HR
We are seeking a Business Analyst to support a Network Automation & Analytics program by serving as an extension of the Project Manager. This individual will drive cross-functional coordination, maintain project documentation, and ensure action items are tracked through completion.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with engineering, operations, and vendor teams to track deliverables and drive follow-up.
  • Write and maintain user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria in Jira.
  • Keep project backlogs organized and proactively manage ticket updates and action items.
  • Summarize project status, identify risks, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
  • Assist with basic budget tracking, vendor spend, and invoice management.

Qualifications:
  • Experience as a Business Analyst or Project Coordinator in a technology environment.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to hold teams accountable.
  • Hands-on experience with Jira and Agile methodologies.
  • Self-starter who thrives with minimal supervision.
  • Exposure to networking concepts is a plus but not required.
