- Lead business analysis initiatives independently while managing multiple priorities and competing deadlines.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, functional requirements, and process needs.
- Work hands-on with data to identify trends, investigate data issues, surface insights, and translate findings into actionable business outcomes.
- Use SQL to query, analyze, validate, and troubleshoot data across complex data environments.
- Partner with business, product, technology, data, and other cross-functional teams to define solutions and drive initiatives to completion.
- Translate ambiguous business needs into structured requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, process documentation, and other clear deliverables.
- Communicate complex business and technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Facilitate discussions, resolve ambiguity, build alignment, and influence decisions across teams without direct authority.
- Identify data and process gaps and collaborate with stakeholders to develop effective solutions.
