Job Summary (Business Analyst):
- Serve as a stakeholder-facing Business Analyst for a financial services client in Midtown NYC (hybrid: 2 days onsite).
- Utilize 5+ years of experience in business analysis, product management, or data platform management.
- Lead initiatives and manage multiple, competing priorities independently.
- Demonstrate proficiency in SQL for querying, analyzing, and troubleshooting data in complex environments.
- Work hands-on with data to surface insights, solve data-related issues, and translate findings into business outcomes.
- Translate ambiguous business needs into structured requirements and create clear, well-documented deliverables.
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences to drive alignment and influence results across cross-functional teams.
- Mentor junior analysts or lead workstreams within larger business initiatives.
- Preference for candidates with experience in financial services, especially asset or wealth management.
