Job description

Job Title: Business Analyst

Location: Southeast Wisconsin only

We are seeking a Business Analyst to support a mix of operational, lifecycle, and project-based work across a diverse business portfolio. This role requires a strong BA who can gather requirements, improve processes, support testing, and partner with both business and technical teams to deliver practical solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Elicit and document business requirements through interviews, workshops, workflow analysis, and stakeholder discussions.
  • Create user stories, process flows, use cases, acceptance criteria, and test cases.
  • Partner with developers, architects, product owners, and business stakeholders to define solutions and align on priorities.
  • Analyze business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend effective solutions.
  • Support QA and facilitate UAT with business users and external partners as needed.
  • Help manage small projects or workstreams, including milestones, scope, and coordination.

Qualifications

  • Strong experience as a Business Analyst in enterprise environments.
  • Experience writing business requirements, user stories, use cases, and test cases.
  • Comfortable working in Agile environments.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and organizational skills.
  • Understanding of data structures, data integration, and data warehousing.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric, Power Platform, Power BI, or similar tools is a plus
