Location: South Chesterfield, VA

Duration: 12+ months

Seeking a Business Analyst (BA) to identify business needs, analyze data, and develop solution requirements to improve efficiency and productivity within the institution in close alignment with business strategies and goals. This position will play a key role in technology transformations and implementations across the University.

Responsibilities

•             Requirements Documentation: Create detailed documentation of business requirements, processes, and solutions, including business process models and reports.

•             Process Improvement: Evaluate current business processes and identify areas for improvement, proposing solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

•             Testing and Validation: Participate in testing new systems and processes to ensure they meet business requirements and function as intended.

•             Data Analysis: Gather, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends and insights that inform business decisions.
