Job Description

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. You will take on the Business Analyst role within an Agile team for the development of specific shopfloor/Manufacturing applications in the aerospace sector. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional and international teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects within scope, timeline, and budget, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business needs analysis and workshop facilitation
  • Ability to discuss with shopfloor people to understand specific requirements
  • Definition and scoping of user needs and User Stories
  • Writing functional specifications and consolidating existing functional specifications
  • Writing test plans and participating in IT test execution
  • Support for business testing
  • Participation in continuous improvement
  • Quality control of deliverables and their level of quality
Qualifications
  • Experience as a Business Analyst within a software development team
  • Experience as a Business Analyst within shopfloor/Manufacturing applications
  • Experience with Agile management tools (Jira) and AzureDevOps
  • Bachelor’s degree in industrial, mechanical, aeronautical, computer science, or a related field
  • Excellent technical and functional understanding of manufacturing and assembly processes in the aeronautical sector
  • Strong adaptability skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and a genuine appreciation for teamwork
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Knowledge of digital technologies and their applications in the aerospace sector
  • Understanding of aerospace industry regulations, standards, and best practices

Languages

  • English
  • French is a plus
