Job Summary:
PamTen Inc is looking for a Lead Business Intelligence (BI) Developer with Fabric Experience. The role involves leading the creation of embedded Power BI reports, developing complex DAX calculations, and collaborating with stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable BI solutions.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Lead the creation of embedded Power BI reports, ensuring functional requirements and performance needs are met.
โ€ข Develop complex DAX calculations to support dynamic filtering, time intelligence, and advanced business logic.
โ€ข Build and enhance robust data models using proven best practices for performance.
โ€ข Implement Row-Level Security (RLS) and manage report embedding using service principals.
โ€ข Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate into actionable BI solutions.
โ€ข Document solutions and provide knowledge transfer to internal teams.
Qualifications:
Required:
โ€ข 5+ years of hands-on expert Power BI development experience including calculated fields, slicers / filters, and visual calculations.
โ€ข Expert-level DAX skills, including advanced time intelligence, dynamic measures, and performance tuning.
โ€ข Strong understanding of Power BI Service, Fabric, and deployment pipelines.
โ€ข Experience with embedding Power BI reports in external portals and enforcing RLS via user context.
