Position Title: Talent Acquisition Partner

Location: Cartersville, GA / on-site

Position Summary

Qcells is seeking a skilled, proactive, and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team. In this role, you will partner directly with the Talent Acquisition Supervisor to develop and execute effective recruitment strategies that attract, engage, and hire top-tier talent. This role will focus on the recruitment of highly technical and engineering positions, as well as corporate functions.

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will manage full-cycle hiring steps—from active sourcing and candidate screening to coordinating interviews and driving candidate engagement. This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic recruiter looking to make an immediate impact within a fast-paced, high-growth industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with the Talent Acquisition Supervisor to build and execute tailored sourcing and hiring strategies aligned with business goals.

  • Proactively identify and engage qualified candidates through diverse channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, networking, social media, and internal referral programs.

  • Review resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and evaluate candidates’ technical qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.

  • Oversee interview scheduling, maintain clear candidate communications, and deliver a smooth transition into onboarding for new hires.

  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers and internal teams to fully understand staffing priorities and team dynamics.

  • Track and analyze recruiting metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, source quality) to optimize pipeline strategy and hit contract deliverables.

  • Represent Qcells accurately in the market to strengthen the employer brand and maintain an exceptional candidate experience.

  • Stay current on modern talent acquisition trends, best practices, and relevant state and federal employment laws.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 3 years of direct talent acquisition or recruitment experience (agency or in-house).

  • Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), CRM tools, and recruitment marketing platforms.

  • Proven success actively sourcing passive tech/engineering candidates across multiple platforms and channels.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate metrics, interpret recruitment data, and make informed hiring recommendations.

  • Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and balance multiple open requisitions concurrently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Clear, persuasive communication skills and an ability to collaborate effectively across team lines.

  • Baseline knowledge of current employment laws and standard hiring regulations.
