In the area of plants, the company provides total solutions for front-end engineering design (FEED) as well as engineering, procurement and construction (EPC).
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly diligent and responsible Business Admin Specialist to join our project. The candidate will be responsible for managing general administrative tasks. This position requires strong communication and multi-tasking skills, with the ability to coordinate with various vendors in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate day-to day administrative activities to support efficient office operations
  • Assist in maintaining office equipment, supplies, and managing office space
  • Maintain databases, records, and filing systems
  • Assist in budget preparation and expense management
  • Enter and maintain administrative and business transaction records in SAP and other business systems
  • Support with local server hardware, operating systems, network infrastructure, and telephone by delivering hands-on support through troubleshooting incidents with customers via phone or virtual communication
  • Assist with the design and implementation of IT policies and procedures for managing computer systems and operations based on corporate guidelines/ control framework.
  • Work on major IT projects including system updates, upgrades, migrations, and outages
  • Resolve problems in a timely manner with a solution focused mindset
  • Perform other duties as assigned from Administration team.

Qualifications
  • Strong understanding of administrative procedures and office operations
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office(Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with office management software and tools
  • Knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks
  • Advanced performance analysis and troubleshooting skills
  • Effective communication, organizational, and multitasking skills

Required Skills
  • High proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Education- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred

Preferred
  • Bilingual in English and Korean is highly preferred for communication with other employees
  • 3+ years of hand-on experience in administrative roles with a coordination or management focus
