Position Summary

The Ghoman Group is seeking a professional, organized, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at our Indianapolis office located at 5855 Rockville Rd, Indianapolis, IN 46224. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to management, coordinate office operations, and help ensure the efficient day-to-day functioning of the office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to management and department leaders.

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and correspondence.

  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain executive calendars.

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents.

  • Maintain accurate electronic and physical filing systems.

  • Assist with data entry, record management, and document organization.

  • Order and maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors.

  • Support HR with onboarding documentation and employee records as needed.
