About Children of America (COA): Children of America is a unique blend of people, principles, and pride, making our organization rich in diversity and strength. For over 18 years, COA has been a trusted leader in early childhood education, providing safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate environments for children ages 6 weeks to 12 years. Our programs include Infant, Toddler, Preschool, Pre-K, Before & After Care, and Summer Camp.

As a Bus Driver, you play a vital role in safely transporting children while supporting our mission to enhance their developmental growth and learning experiences.

Minimum Requirements

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Knowledge of state and local transportation regulations
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Flexible with hours and work schedule
  • Experience in a licensed childcare facility preferred
  • Must be at least 21 years of age

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Safely transport children in a bus or van between educational programs
  • Perform daily vehicle safety checks and ensure vehicle functionality
  • Implement company safety procedures with guidance from the School Director
  • Exhibit care, compassion, and patience with children
  • Provide a nurturing and safe transportation experience
  • Represent COA positively with children, families, and staff
