A Bus Driver Training Instructor is responsible for teaching new and existing bus drivers how to operate buses safely and efficiently. They provide both classroom instruction on traffic laws, safety procedures, and company policies, as well as behind-the-wheel training. Instructors also evaluate drivers' skills, help them prepare for licensing exams, and may conduct refresher courses or safety meetings. Their goal is to ensure all drivers meet regulatory standards and can provide safe transportation for passengers.
