The position is part-time, Tuesdays 10 AM-3 PM with occasional special events on other days and the rate of pay for this role is $18 per hour.

We have a wonderful opportunity for a part-time bus driver who would like to have a friendly, meaningful, low-pressure, purpose-driven role where they are valued every day!
Our Bus Drivers play an important role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents by helping them to stay active, connected, and engaged in the community.
Our Drivers:
  • Aid our clients in getting to and from their destinations.
  • On occasion, may help our residents/clients in and out of wheelchairs, ensuring they are safely seated.
  • Provide a friendly experience for our residents and team.

What you need to succeed!
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Valid Driver's License required. Our bus is a shuttle-style with a small lift.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Past and current safe driving record. Ability to maintain a safe driving record.
  • Schedule flexibility, ability to work Saturdays/Sundays as needed.
  • Completion of a background check, drug screening, and may require other pre-employment screenings including DOT physical. May require TB test and fingerprinting depending on federal, local, and state guidelines.

Physical Requirements include:
  • Occasional need to lift up to 50lbs, and push/pull 100+ lbs (occasionally assisting residents in/out of wheelchairs).
